Children’s
Specialized Hospital is proud to sponsor the 14th
Annual Sanctioned Regional Swim Meet March 24, 2007 At Rutgers.
This meet is being run in cooperation with the
Tri-State Wheelchair Athletic Association. Some details of how the
meet will be run are listed below:
- This meet will be run according to Wheelchair Sports USA,
NDSA, and USA Swimming rules.
- This meet is recognized as a
qualifier for WSUSA/NDSA Junior
Nationals and
The NATIONALCHAMPIONSHIPS FOR SWIMMERS WITH
DISABILITIES.
- All junior athletes must be members
of Wheelchair Sports USA (WSUSA) and also of an RSO and/or NGB or the
National Disability Sports Alliance (NDSA).
Memberships will be
checked at registration.
- If you plan on competing at the National Championships for
Swimmers with Disabilities, you must also be a member of USA Swimming.

- Unclassified competitors will
be allowed to compete after having received
a provisional swim
classification (for this meet only). Those swimmers
requiring
provisional classification MUST BE AT THE CENTER AT 12:00PM,
to allow adequate
time to observe and classify the athletes.
- Junior
age groups are designated by the following divisions:
Futures, A, B, C, D & E.
Ages Division
6 and under Futures
7 - 9 A
10 - 12 B
13 - 15 C
16 - 18 D
19 –
21 E
- Adults
will swim as
- Seniors (19 – 39)
- Masters (40 and over).

Results
- Results cards will be presented to all competitors.

Pool - 25-yard indoor pool will be used for competition.

WSUSA/NDSA National records cannot be set at this meet;
meet & regional records only.

USA SWIMMING National Records can be set, if the swimmer is a USA
Swimming Member.

Final results will be available on the Tri State Website within 3
weeks of

- ENTRY
DEADLINE
All entry forms are
due no later than March 5, 2007. They must be
postmarked by March 5, 2007.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
without the $10.00 per registration late fee.
